By engaging My Digital Compass for website design services, you agree to these terms of service. Our services include website design, development, and basic training for local businesses.

All projects are quoted individually based on specific requirements. Standard packages include 5 pages, mobile-responsive design, contact form integration, and basic training.

Our websites are sold with a one-time fee structure. Full payment is required before project completion and website launch. No monthly fees or ongoing charges apply unless additional services are requested.

Project timelines typically range from 2-3 weeks from initial deposit to completion. Delays caused by client content or feedback may extend project timelines.

Upon full payment, clients own their website completely. This includes all custom code, design elements, and content created specifically for their project.

Clients are responsible for their own hosting and domain registration after project completion. We provide guidance on hosting setup and domain configuration as part of our service.

Clients are responsible for providing all content, images, and materials needed for their website. This includes text, photos, logos, and any specific functionality requirements.

All content provided must be owned by the client or properly licensed for use. We are not responsible for copyright infringement of client-provided materials.

Each project includes reasonable revisions during the design phase. Major changes to project scope or functionality may require additional fees and extended timelines.

After project completion and website launch, additional changes or updates are available for separate fees based on the scope of work required.

We provide basic training on website management and content updates as part of our service. Ongoing support and maintenance services are available separately.

Technical issues related to our code within 30 days of launch will be addressed at no charge. Issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting, or client modifications are not covered.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption related to website services.

Clients are responsible for backing up their website content and maintaining their hosting and security after project completion.
